Ongoing teacher training

In addition to being creative, highly empathetic and having excellent communication skills, our team of teachers attend two hours of teacher training a week to keep abreast of the latest methodological tools and procedures and how to apply them, thus ensuring their continued professional development and improvement.

On a regular basis, our Director of Studies and Senior Teachers perform class observations as part of our teacher development programme.

Training other teachers

Many of our teachers are also teacher trainers who give seminars at Cambridge School, throughout Catalonia and around Spain. They also write for internationally renowned publishers and contribute articles to teaching journals.
